3 · Your bank account

The airline pays your compensation directly into your own account: we give it these details with your claim and never receive your money. Use an account in your own name — our fee is invoiced to you separately, after you have been paid.

5 · Consent I agree to my personal data being processed to handle this claim, as set out in the privacy policy. Authority to act. I instruct and authorise Quiescence.eu to act as my representative in this EU261 claim: to write to the airline in my name, to submit, pursue and negotiate the claim and handle the correspondence, to complete and sign the airline's standard claim forms on my behalf, to represent me before the competent national enforcement body where that is needed, and to give the airline the bank account above so that the compensation is paid directly to me. I confirm that I am the passenger or am otherwise entitled to this claim, that I have not assigned it to anyone else, and that no parallel claim for the same disruption is under way. I am not transferring ownership of the claim, and Quiescence.eu never receives my compensation. Ticking this box is my electronic signature of this authority under Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS); it is given so that the airline may rely on it as written authorisation without a separate or notarised power of attorney, and I will sign a paper authority only if an airline or a court insists on one. I may revoke this authority in writing at any time. I accept the success fee: 20% of the compensation obtained plus 21% VAT — 24.2% in total (€60.50 on €250 of compensation) — invoiced only if the compensation is obtained and payable once the airline has paid me. Nothing is due if the claim does not succeed. VAT is shown at the Spanish rate and may differ with my country and tax status. I will tell Quiescence.eu if the airline pays me or contacts me directly.

VAT is charged at the Spanish rate (21%) because the service is supplied from Spain. The VAT that applies to you may differ with your country of residence and your tax status — a business customer with a valid EU VAT number, for example, is invoiced under the reverse charge — so the VAT line is confirmed on your invoice; the fee itself is always 20% of the compensation actually obtained.

If you change your mind, cancelling is free within 24 hours of submitting. After that, withdrawing before the compensation is recovered costs 5% of the compensation claimed plus 21% VAT (6.05% in total — €15.13 on this claim), to cover opening the claim with the airline and closing it again.
