Start your EU261 claim

Free to check — no win, no fee. The airline pays your compensation straight into your own bank account; we invoice our success fee only if you are paid. Preliminary assessment, not legal advice.

1 · Your flight

LS803 · MAN → BCN · 2026-09-18 · En route

Likely: NO · up to €250

Our records show no compensable disruption for this flight. You can still claim: EU261 also covers denied boarding through overbooking — which leaves a punctual flight looking perfectly normal — and our sources sometimes miss a delay or cancellation. Tell us what happened and we'll assess it on your account; we'll ask for your boarding pass as evidence.

2 · Passenger & contact

Recommended: verify it now. We'll send a test message — check your spam folder, mark it “Not spam” and add support@quiescence.eu to your contacts, so you receive your claim's tracking link and updates.

You'll find the booking reference (a code of about 6 letters and numbers, also called PNR or confirmation number) in the booking confirmation email from the airline or travel agency. Don't have it? Leave it empty and upload your documents in step 4 — they are then required.

Fill these in only if you need our commission invoice addressed to a company or a specific tax ID. The invoice recipient (person or company) is fixed by these details and cannot be changed after you submit the claim.

3 · Your bank account

The airline pays your compensation directly into your own account: we give it these details with your claim and never receive your money. Our fee is invoiced to you separately, after you have been paid.

The account must be in the passenger's name — or, if the passenger is a minor or under guardianship, in the name of their parent or legal guardian. Airlines refuse to pay compensation into a third party's account.

4 · Documents

Optional, but we recommend sending them now: your boarding pass and booking confirmation are the evidence the airline asks for, and having them from the start speeds up your claim. Required if you left the booking reference empty in step 2. We'll also ask for them later if your flight isn't in our list.

What it costs if we win

Compensation for this flight (up to)
€250.00
Success fee (20%)
€50.00
VAT (21%)
€10.50
Total fee you pay us
€60.50
You keep
€189.50

Nothing is charged now, and nothing is owed if the claim does not succeed.

VAT is charged at the Spanish rate (21%) because the service is supplied from Spain. The VAT that applies to you may differ with your country of residence and your tax status — a business customer with a valid EU VAT number, for example, is invoiced under the reverse charge — so the VAT line is confirmed on your invoice; the fee itself is always 20% of the compensation actually obtained.

If you change your mind, cancelling is free within 24 hours of submitting. After that, withdrawing before the compensation is recovered costs 5% of the compensation claimed plus 21% VAT (6.05% in total — €15.13 on this claim), to cover opening the claim with the airline and closing it again. If the compensation has already been recovered or the airline has agreed to pay it, the success fee above applies instead. Full terms: Terms of Service.
