Der Neubau eines Biophotonik-Gebäudes am Standort Leibniz-IPHT, Campus Beutenberg in Jena, dient vorwiegend der Unterbringung von Laborflächen der biologischen Sicherheitsstufen S2/S3**, von Büroflächen sowie eines Konfernzbereiches. Die Hauptnutzung umfasst Forschung und Entwicklung optischer Gesundheitstechnologien. Für die Ausführung der ausgeschriebenen Leistung sind folgende Mengen/ Nachweise vorgesehen: Neubau Zu-/Abluftsystem für Labor- und Bürobereiche -Klimagerät (V´ZU=24.000 m3/h) / Abluftgerät (V´AB=24.000 m3/h) / Hydraulikstation -Kombiniertes Zu-/Abluftgerät Bürobereiche (V´ZU=16.500 m3/h / V´AB=14.500m3/h) -Ventilator Notlüftung Kältezentrale (V´AB=1.500 m3/h) -2 x Ventilator Abluft USV-Räume Kanalmaterial (St. verz.) Kanalmaterial inkl. Formteile > 2000 mm: 30 m2 Kanalmaterial inkl. Formteile 1500-2000 mm: 75 m2 Kanalmaterial inkl. Formteile 1000-1500 mm: 360 m2 Kanalmaterial inkl. Formteile 500-1000 mm: 500m2 Kanalmaterial inkl. Formteile bis 500mm: 195 m2 Rohrmat
