Each of these is answered by walking several relations at once — an organisation, the projects it holds, the programmes those sit under and the partners it keeps returning to. None of them can be read off a single page of any source we ingest.
Every answer says what it does not cover, directly above its table. Some of these questions have a clause the record simply cannot carry, and where that is so the page says which clause and why rather than approximating it.
