Which organisations in Spain have run at least three Horizon Europe projects and also collaborate repeatedly with Dutch organisations?
Three relations away from any single record: an organisation, the programme its projects sit under, and the countries of the partners it keeps returning to.
What this does and does not say. plan.txt asks this about Spanish NGOs specifically. Nothing in this corpus records an organisation's legal form — the only "type" it holds is whether the organisation received or awarded a given grant — so the question is answered for Spanish organisations of every kind. A Dutch partner here means two or more projects shared, not a single co-appearance.
