Repeat winners that never partner with anyone
Which organisations have been funded on five or more projects without ever forming a repeated partnership?
Most funded organisations sit in a dense web of collaborators. These do not — every project they have won, they have won without a partner they came back to.
What this does and does not say. plan.txt asks who "never coordinated a consortium". Coordination is not in the data: an award records who received it and who awarded it, and no role beyond that. This answers the question the graph can answer. Many of these hold single-beneficiary grants — an ERC grant or a fellowship has no consortium to lead — so this is a description of how they are funded, not a judgement of how they work.
