Every project here was filed under climate change by the European Commission itself. Nothing on this page comes from searching titles for the word "climate", which is how the other subject pages on this site have to work.
What this list does and does not tell you. The Commission classifies the research projects it funds, and this page counts only projects it filed under climate change, adaptation or mitigation. That classification covers about a quarter of the projects in our records, all of them research projects: an organisation paid by a national body for climate work does not appear here at all. This counts projects, not money.
