Het doel van deze procedure is het sluiten van een nieuwe raamovereenkomst voor de vervanging van de energiemanagementtool en omvat onder meer: • De levering van een energiemanagementsysteem (EMS): de software voor het energiemanagement, inclusief een module voor het beheer van energiecontracten en het onderhoud daarvan; • De exploitatie van de oplossing in de vorm van Software as a Service (SaaS); • De implementatie-, configuratie-, integratie- en migratiediensten die nodig zijn voor de ingebruikname; • Ondersteuningsdiensten voor de Aanbestedende Overheid in het kader van de exploitatie en ontwikkeling van de applicatie. De aanschaf van computerhardware die nodig is om de software te ondersteunen, valt buiten de reikwijdte van deze opdracht. Een energiemanagementsysteem (EMS) is een softwareplatform dat energiedata uit meerdere bronnen centraliseert, structureert, verwerkt en benut ter ondersteuning van energiemanagementactiviteiten, verbruiksmonitoring, energieprestatieanalyse
