Cos'è L’incentivo ha l’obiettivo di promuovere la costituzione e la diffusione di società che operano per conseguire un profitto e allo stesso tempo si impegnano a portare benefici alle comunità, territori e ambiente in cui sviluppano il proprio business. A chi si rivolge Tutte le società, di qualsiasi dimensione e che operano nell’intero territorio nazionale. Cosa prevede Un credito d’imposta nella misura del 50% delle spese sostenute per la costituzione o trasformazione in società Benefit, sostenute a decorrere dal 19 luglio 2020 e fino al 31 dicembre 2021. L’agevolazione massima concedibile non può eccedere l’importo di 10 mila euro.
