Cos'è E’ il principale intervento nazionale di venture capital finalizzato a sostenere la crescita innovativa delle imprese italiane. Il FNI ha un bacino finanziario alimentato da risorse pubbliche, utilizzate, insieme a risorse private, per investire, direttamente e indirettamente, nel capitale di imprese ad alto potenziale innovativo. Le risorse pubbliche disponibili ammontano a 310 milioni di euro che confluiscono in apposito veicolo, denominato “Fondo di co-investimento MiSE”. La gestione dello strumento è affidata a CDP Venture Capital S.p.A., società di gestione del risparmio (SGR). A chi si rivolge Il FNI investe nel capitale sociale di startup, scaleup e PMI innovative con elevato potenziale di sviluppo, non quotate in mercati regolamentati, che si trovano nella fase di seed financing, di start-up financing, di avvio dell’attività o di scale up financing.
