Cos'è Ecobonus è la misura promossa del Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy che offre contributi per l’acquisto di veicoli non inquinanti, così come previsto dalla Legge di bilancio 2021 e dal DPCM 6 aprile 2022 e ss.mm.ii. A chi si rivolge Persone fisiche e giuridiche che svolgono attività di car sharing o di noleggio e che acquistano e immatricolano in Italia: auto (categoria M1), ciclomotori e motocicli (categoria Le), veicoli commerciali (categoria N1, N2). Cosa prevede Il contributo è corrisposto dal venditore all’acquirente mediante compensazione con il prezzo di acquisto. Le imprese costruttrici o importatrici del veicolo nuovo rimborsano al venditore l’importo del contributo. Le imprese costruttrici o importatrici del veicolo nuovo ricevono dal venditore la documentazione necessaria e poi recuperano l’importo del contributo sotto forma di credito d’imposta.
