Cos'è Il bando sostiene la realizzazione di programmi di investimento e sviluppo imprenditoriale da parte di startup innovative che si trovino in una fase di consolidamento o crescita. Il bando intende sostenere, quindi, il consolidamento della startup innovativa che, attraverso un’operazione di rafforzamento patrimoniale, ha l’obiettivo realizzare un progetto di sviluppo della propria attività. La misura opera in particolare integrando, con un contributo a fondo perduto di pari importo (modalità “pari passu”), le operazioni di rafforzamento patrimoniale delle start up innovative effettuate da parte di investitori esterni ed eventuali ulteriori soggetti. Le start up devono in tal senso essere in grado di reperire autonomamente, nell’ambito di un’operazione di rafforzamento patrimoniale funzionale alla realizzazione del business plan oggetto di agevolazione, risorse almeno pari al contributo richiesto e, comunque, non inferiori a € 150.000,00.
