Cos'è L’intervento agevolativo opera per il tramite di un Fondo di riassicurazione pubblica, denominato Fondo Nuovo Credito “Start Up”, su garanzia di primo grado rilasciata dai Consorzi di garanzia collettiva fidi (Confidi) di cui all’art. 13 del decreto legge 30 settembre 2003, n. 269, convertito nella legge 24 novembre 2003, n. 326, a fronte di un finanziamento bancario richiesto dall’impresa che ha aderito all’Opzione 2 del bando “Sostegno all’avvio e al consolidamento delle start up innovative” (decreto del Direttore del Dipartimento Sviluppo Economico n. 331/2024); ai sensi del Reg. UE n. 1060/2021, art. 58(5), tale strumento finanziario è combinato un contributo in c/interessi (TAN massimo del 2,5%) e in c/oneri garanzia. A chi si rivolge Si rivolge alle imprese destinatarie del contributo di cui ai decreti del Direttore del Dipartimento Sviluppo Economico n. 331/2024, che necessitino di un prestito bancario per sostenere le spese collegate a tale contributo e non coperte dallo
