Cos'è Esenzione dal pagamento dell'IRAP. A chi si rivolge Le agevolazioni sono rivolte alle ONLUS iscritte nella relativa Anagrafe alla data del 22/11/2021, o successivamente in caso di domande pendenti alla stessa data, e poi iscritte nel RUNTS. Cosa prevede E' stabilito di mantenere l’esenzione IRAP per le ex ONLUS che sono iscritte o che si iscriveranno nel Registro Unico Nazionale del Terzo Settore (RUNTS). Detta esenzione non esonera l'organizzazione dall’obbligo di presentazione della dichiarazione annuale IRAP alla competente Agenzia delle Entrate.
