Cos'è La misura di Regione Lombardia “Re-Impresa” intende sostenere le imprese lombarde che hanno intrapreso o stanno per intraprendere, nell’ambito del nuovo Codice della Crisi e dell’insolvenza, un processo di ristrutturazione e necessitano di risorse per finanziare la fase di rilancio del business. A chi si rivolge Possono partecipare all’iniziativa le PMI (ad esclusione delle Micro Imprese) ai sensi dell’Allegato 1 del Regolamento (UE) n. 651/2014 del 17 giugno 2014 e s.m.i. e le Mid Cap in possesso dei seguenti requisiti alla data di presentazione della Domanda: a) siano regolarmente costituite, iscritte e attive nel Registro delle Imprese (come risultante da visura camerale) con almeno due bilanci depositati ovvero due esercizi contabili chiusi nel caso di società non obbligate al deposito del bilancio alla data di presentazione della Domanda di partecipazione all’Avviso attuativo; b) abbiano una sede legale e/o operativa oggetto dell’intervento in Lombardia (rilevabile nella vis
