Cos'è La misura “Microcredito”, rivolta alle PMI e ai lavoratori autonomi con partita iva individuale non iscritti al Registro delle Imprese, è finalizzata ad agevolare la promozione dello start-up di impresa con il coinvolgimento diretto degli Operatori di microcredito iscritti all'elenco di cui all'articolo 111 del D.Lgs. del 1° settembre 1993, n. 385 (Testo unico delle leggi in materia bancaria e creditizia) e s.m.i. e convenzionati con Regione Lombardia. A chi si rivolge a) PMI così come definite all’Allegato 1 del Regolamento (UE) n. 651/2014, regolarmente costituite, iscritte e attive da massimo 5 anni nel Registro delle Imprese e con una Sede oggetto dell’intervento in Lombardia al momento della presentazione della domanda di partecipazione e che rispettano i requisiti del D.M.176/2014 e s.m.i. b) lavoratori autonomi con partita iva individuale attiva non iscritti al Registro delle Imprese, che abbiano dichiarato l’inizio attività da massimo 5 anni alla data di presentazione del
