Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung je Los, über den Betriebssupport und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden, unternehmensweiten Geschäftsapplikationslandschaft sowie die Migration und Transformation auf eine moderne ERP-Generation. Hierzu zählen ergänzende Services für Integrations-, Daten? und Schnittstellenmanagement sowie Dokumenten- und Contentmanagement. Ziel ist die Aufrechterhaltung eines stabilen Betriebs bei gleichzeitiger, schrittweiser Überführung der Prozesse und Anwendungen in die Zielarchitektur. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung ist fachlich und technisch in mehrere, inhaltlich abgegrenzte Leistungsbereiche (Lose) strukturiert. Die Leistung umfasst im laufenden Betrieb insbesondere die Analyse und Behebung von Störungen, die Abarbeitung standardisierter Anforderungen, das technische und fachliche Monitoring, regelmäßige Service-Reviews sowie die Abstimmung mit den beteiligten Bereichen.
