Anskaffelsen gjelder en rammeavtale for tjenester knyttet til el-kontroll, termografering og service/vedlikehold av ventilasjonsanlegg ved RfDs gjenvinningsstasjoner og omlastingsstasjon. Renovasjonsselskapet for Drammensregionen IKS (RfD) er et interkommunalt selskap som eies av fem kommuner: Drammen, Lier, Modum, Sigdal og Øvre Eiker. Selskapet sørger for innsamling og gjenvinning av husholdningsavfall i disse fem kommunene. Konkurransedokumentene med vedlegg utgjør det fullstendige konkurransegrunnlaget. Ved motstrid mellom informasjonen i kunngjøringen og konkurransedokumentene gjelder informasjonen i konkurransedokumentene.
