Anskaffelsen gjelder levering av renholdsutstyr, papir-, plast- og storhusholdningsprodukter for 7 kommuner i Telemark. Oppdragsgiver er en felles innkjøpsenhet for kommunene: Kviteseid, Nissedal, Nome, Midt-Telemark, Seljord, Vinje og Tokke. Formålet med anskaffelsen er å dekke oppdragsgivers løpende behov for nevnte artikler med god kvalitet til rimeligst mulig pris, med effektive bestillings- og leveringsrutiner. Leverandøren skal bruke sin fagkunnskap og kompetanse for å bidra til at kontraktens formål blir ivaretatt. Oppdragsgiver skal inngå rammeavtale med en leverandør av renholdsutstyr, papir-, plast- og storhusholdningsprodukter.
