Arbeidet omfattar i hovudsak renovering av ca. 840 m2 (ca. mål horisontalprojeksjon) tak ned til undertak. Takstein, lekter, sløyfelekter skal fjernast og leggast nytt. Det skal leggast robust dampopen membran opp på eksisterande undertak. Dersom undertaket har fuktskade eller av anna årsak er dårleg skal dette bytast ut. Eventuell utskifting av undertak oppgjerast etter medgått tid og materiell. Vidare så skal alt av vindskeier, loddbord, takrenner, nedløpsrøyr, sløysbeslag og andre beslag bytast ut. Ventilasjonshattar inklusive bly skal bytast ut. Takvindauge fjernast i sin heilheit og tett yttertak byggast opp igjen.
