Bjørnafjorden kommune vil inngå rammeavtale om løpande oppdrag innan tømrartenester. Rammeavtalane har som føremål å forenkle anskaffinga av mindre oppdrag og hasteoppdrag, der eigen konkurranse vil bli forholdsmessig ressurs- og/eller tidkrevjande. Oppdrag under rammeavtalane vil derfor omfatte dei vedlikehaldsarbeida som ikkje lysast ut som eigen konkurranse.
