Anskaffelsen gjelder rammeavtale for leveranse av vei- og gatebelysning, som nærmere beskrevet i Bilag 1 - Krav til Produkter og Leveranser. Rammeavtalen omfatter i tillegg leveranse av øvrige belysningsprodukter (armaturer, reservedeler, komponenter, styringskomponenter mv.) som inngår i Leverandørens standard sortiment (Øvrig sortiment) både innenfor vei- og gatebelysning, men også øvrige armaturer og utstyr. Rammeavtalen er en ikke-eksklusiv rammeavtale som gir Oppdragsgiver rett, men ikke plikt til å foreta Avrop innenfor Avtaleperioden. Oppdragsgiver skal ikke være forpliktet til å kjøpe noe bestemt mengde innen Avtaleperioden.
