Fullstendig beskriving av entreprisen kjem fram av konkurransegrunnlag med vedlegg. Målet med prosjektet er å heva leilighetenes standard og brukarvennleghet, primært gjennom ei oppgradering av overflater, tekniske anlegg, og ei omstrukturering av dagens planløysing for å oppnå betre arealutnytting.
