Ny rammeavtale for operasjonell leasing av biler, og administrasjon av fylkeskommunens bilpark. Fylkeskommunen har behov for alle merker innenfor segmentene person/vare/ last/minibuss inntil 7,5 tonn og tilbyderne må kunne leveres på både fossilt drivstoff, el-bil og hybrid. Alle biler skal kunne tas ut lokalt og service og vedlikehold skal utføres på lokalt merkeverksted. Avhengig av biltype skal man kunne velge leasingperiode fra 2-5 år.
