Trondheim kommune ved Trondheim eiendom ønsker å etablere en rammeavtale for automatisk adgangskontroll (AAK) og innbruddsalarmanlegg (AIA) i kommunens formålsbygg. Formålet med avtalen er å sikre at kommunens eiendommer til enhver tid er teknisk sikret på en forsvarlig og forskriftsmessig måte.Rammeavtalen omfatter service, reparasjon, vedlikehold og utvidelser av eksisterende anlegg, samt komplette nyinstallasjoner i eksisterende og nye formålsbygg.
