Oppdragsgiver ønsker tilbud på mobiltelefoni og tilhørende tjenester, samt mobiltelefoner og tilhørende utstyr. Målet er å etablere en avtale som gir kostnadseffektive løsninger for telefoni og datatrafikk samt innkjøp av mobiltelefoner. Avtalen skal gi kommunene gode og fremtidsrettede kommunikasjonstjenester som møter brukerbehovet i kommunene. Avtalen skal blant annet sikre god mobildekning og tilgang til mobilt bredbånd, slik at de ansatte skal kunne utføre sine tjenester på en god måte.
