Formålet med anskaffinga er å dekke oppdragsgjevar sitt behov for elektronisk pasientjournal (EPJ) for legar og hjelpepersonell på våre legekontor. EPJ-løysinga skal leverast som ei web-basert skyteneste SaaS. EPJ-løysinga må ivareta dagens og framtida sine standardar, samt overhalde til ein kvar tid gjeldande lover og forskrifter med krav sett til moderne EPJ-løysing, arkivering, informasjonssikkerheit og integrering med Helsenettet til Norsk Helsenett. Leveransen skal og inkludere ajourhald og brukaropplæring. Det er utarbeida ein kravsspesifikasjonen med nærare spesifikasjon av krava til EPJ-løysinga.
