Für Los 1 gilt: Die zu bewirtschaftende Grundfläche der Objekte umfasst ca. 13.000 m². Im Rahmen der Unterhaltsreinigung ist eine jährliche Reinigungsleistung von ca. 1.700.000 m² zu erbringen. Darüber hinaus fallen jährlich ca. 12.000 Stunden Tagesdienst an. Zusätzlich sind Vertretungsdienste, Grundreinigungen und Sonderreinigungen durchzuführen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst ferner die Bereitstellung und Bewirtschaftung von Schmutzfangmatten sowie die Versorgung mit Verbrauchsmaterialien.
