Fourniture, câblage, paramétrage et mise en service d'une zone habitation pédagogique composée de 4 habitations distinctes (chalets ou construction modulaire 3D d'environ 12 m² chacune), interconnectées au réseau smart grid de la plateforme. Chaque habitation met en oeuvre une technologie domotique différente : habitation n°1 sous protocole Zigbee (tableau GTL connecté, détection intrusion, VDI résidentiel, pompe à chaleur air/air, VMC double flux) ; habitation n°2 sous protocole Thread/Matter avec raccordement fibre optique FTTH ; habitation n°3 sous système MyHome (bus SCS, portier vidéo, alarme secourue, chauffe-eau thermodynamique) ; habitation n°4 combinant Zigbee, équipements de sécurité (détecteurs fuite d'eau, fumée, température/humidité) et raccordement fibre optique. Chaque habitation intègre gestion des ouvrants, éclairage piloté, comptage d'énergie et fluides, borne de recharge de véhicule électrique résidentielle, et supervision par tablette tactile.
