La consultation porte sur la prestation de location d'engin et de matériel de chantier sans chauffeur. Il s'agit d'un marché passé selon une procédure adaptée prenant la forme d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire avec montant maximum annuel de 45 000Euros HT/ an. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par émission de bons de commande dans les conditions fixées aux articles R2162-13 et R2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Le présent accord-cadre prendra effet au 1er janvier 2027 jusqu'au 31 décembre 2027, il est renouvelable deux (2) fois par période de 12 mois par reconduction expresse, sans que le marché ne puisse excéder le 31 décembre 2029 (soit 3 ans).
