Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist die Lieferung von HPC-Ladeeinrichtungen sowie von Fundamenten für die Ladeeinrichtungen an den AG durch den AN, die von dem AG aufgrund von Einzelabrufen abgerufen werden. Der AN verpflichtet sich, dem AG bis zu 50 HPC-Ladeeinrichtungen (innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit ohne Verlängerung), bei denen es sich um Standsäulen mit zwei Ladepunkten handelt, zu liefern.
