Cos'è L’intervento mira ad accrescere la presenza di investitori stranieri in Toscana ed in particolare a sviluppare e rafforzare gli investimenti in ricerca ed innovazione, con particolare attenzione alla ricerca industriale e allo sviluppo sperimentale, sostenendo altresì la cooperazione tra Micro, Piccole o Medie Imprese (MPMI), Grandi Imprese (GI) e organismi di ricerca, anche al fine di favorire la transizione ecologica e digitale. A chi si rivolge Il bando è destinato ad imprese a capitale estero, cioè aziende in cui l’investitore straniero possiede almeno il 10% delle azioni ordinarie, quali: - Grandi Imprese a capitale estero in cooperazione con almeno una MPMI, con o senza Organismi di Ricerca; - Piccole imprese a media capitalizzazione a capitale estero (Mid Cap), ovvero entità che contano un massimo di 499 dipendenti che non sono PMI, con o senza cooperazione con MPMI; - Imprese a media capitalizzazione a capitale estero (Mid Cap), ovvero entità che contano un massimo di 3.0
