De opdracht omvat de levering, implementatie en onderhoud van een handhavingsapplicatie (SaaS) die BOA’s ondersteunt in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en die voldoet aan de eisen van de Wet politiegegevens (Wpg) en de AVG. De handhavingsapplicatie stelt de BOA’s in staat om haar handhavingstaken zoveel als mogelijk digitaal en informatiegestuurd uit te voeren, te registreren en te ondersteunen. In ieder geval op een wijze die het mobiel digitaal handhaven mogelijk maakt, zodanig dat handhavers op straat direct de beschikking hebben over alle voor hun werk relevante informatie (input) en dat handhavers een zo groot mogelijk deel van de administratieve afhandeling en rapportages/boetes op straat kunnen uitvoeren (output).
