Voorwerp van deze werken: Vervangen collectoren - HVAC. Toelichting: De bestaande collectoren dateren van de bouw begin jaren 1980. Sinds het toenmalig concept zijn er reeds verschillende aanpassingen en renovaties gebeurd aan het gebouw, bijvoorbeeld het vervangen van het glas naar glas met een u-waarde van 1,1 . Ook hebben de technische componenten, die instaan voor de verdeling en sturing van de verwarming in het gebouw, het einde van hun levensduur bereikt. De initiële ontwerpregimes gingen uit van hoge temperaturen (meer dan 70°C), deze temperaturen maken een gefaseerde overschakeling naar een fosielvrije opwekking via warmtepompen zeer moeilijk en maken ook dat de installatie niet meer is afgestemd op de huidige noden. De hierboven aangehaalde zaken maken de renovatie van de hoofdcollectoren, om lage temperaturen mogelijk te maken, samen met een adequate sturing voor de warmteverdeling onontbeerlijk. Het dossier behelst de opmaak van uitvoeringsplannen en technische fiches,
