Doté de 100 M€ , ce fonds dédié à l'économie sociale et solidaire (ESS) vise un double objectif : - renforcer la solidité financière des associations, coopératives ou autres fondations dédiées à l'ESS, notamment en fonds propres ; - soutenir la transition, le changement d'échelle de l'ESS et accélérer l’innovation sociale en France. Ce fonds présente plusieurs caractéristiques : - ouverture de l'originisation des projets aux co-investisseurs (prospection-détection), - création d'une plateforme adossée à un fonds d'ingénierie ('Hub CDC') pour accompagner les porteurs de projets et sécuriser les investissements, - création de MESIS, outil de mesure et de suivi de l'impact social des investissements, - ouverture à du financement participatif en co-investissement.
