Gegenstand des Loses sind Leistungen des Contracting- und Claims-Controllings für Großprojekte der Gasunie Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Überwachung und Bewertung der Einhaltung von Prozessen des Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagements sowie die Unterstützung des Auftraggebers beim Vertragscontrolling. Hierzu gehören insbesondere die Kontrolle der Prozesskonformität bei Änderungs- und Nachtragsverfahren, die Überwachung von Fristen, die Analyse und Berichterstattung zum Nachtragsmanagement, die Begleitung von Maßnahmen zur Prozessverbesserung sowie die Unterstützung bei der Prüfung der Einhaltung vertraglicher Pflichten durch Auftragnehmer. Darüber hinaus umfasst das Los Beratungs-, Kontroll-, Audit- und Reporting-Leistungen zur Förderung von Transparenz, Nachvollziehbarkeit und einer revisionssicheren Projektabwicklung.
