Bestandteile der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sind somit unter anderem: Zementestriche (Verbund-/ Schwimmende Estriche) in 2.-6.Obergeschoss 2.Obergeschoss: ca. 4.478 m2 VE, ca. 133 m2 SE 3.Obergeschoss: ca. 3.915 m2 VE, ca. 82 SE 4.Obergeschoss: ca. 3.611 m2 VE, ca. 81 m2 SE 5-6.Obergeschoss: ca. 1.095 m2 SE Alle Bauteile verstehen sich inkl. den im LV beschriebenen Dienstleistungen.
