Cosa prevede Prevede di costituire fondi di Venture Capital dedicati (cofinanziati dai FIA) o fondi di Venture Capital paralleli (nel caso in cui i FIA operino su territori diversi da quello regionale) hanno lo scopo di investire in start up innovative (secondo la definizione del Regolamento UE 2014/651).
