Opstellen van een “vijver” van gekwalificeerde (erkende) leveranciers/fabrikanten voor de levering van distributietransformatoren van 50 tot 1000 kVA (met diëlectrische vloeistof), beantwoordend aan de normen NBN EN 50588-1 & serie NBN EN 60076 en aan de bijkomende voorschriften van de opdrachtgever die achteraf, voor de betrokken productgroep 1. uitgenodigd zullen worden om een offerte in te dienen met het oog op het afsluiten van eventuele raamovereenkomsten, 2. betrokken zullen worden in eventuele processen Geraamde omvang : 3.000 à 3.500 transformatoren per jaar (5 % 160 kVA, 7 % 250 kVA, 14 % 400 kVA, 15 % 630 kVA).
