Gegenstand des Vertrages ist die Erbringung eines Fullservice für das gesamte Alcatel TK System, Session Border Controller (SBC), Omnivista, sowie das robot 5 ALO Callcenter System. Der Vertrag dient zusätzlich dazu die bestehende Telekommunikationsanlage zu aktualisieren bzw. kompatibel zu ergänzen. Aufgrund des Anforderungsprofils der bestehenden Kommunikationsinfrastruktur ist es erforderlich, ferner Einzelabrufe auf der Basis der gesamten Angebotspalette des Herstellers Alcatel-Lucent zu tätigen. Daher muss die Möglichkeit bestehen alle Komponenten des gesamten Produktkataloges von Alcatel-Lucent aus diesem Vertrag abzurufen.
