De volledige afbraak van het vrijstaand gebouw waarin het lokaal dienstencentrum “Zilverpand” en assistentiewoningen gevestigd waren, inclusief alle bijhorende infrastructuur, verhardingen, toegangswegen, nutsvoorzieningen en kleinere houten nevenconstructies rondom het gebouw. De wandelpaden, rustpunten en petanqueterreinen op de site blijven wel behouden. De sloopwerken hebben tot doel het terrein te ontruimen. Na de sloopwerken wordt gras ingezaaid om de site tijdelijk in te vullen als groenzone tot de toekomstige invulling van de site bepaald is.
