Cos'è La Chips JU (gia KDT JU) è una partnership che supporta ricerca e innovazione nella progettazione di componenti elettronici, nonché la loro produzione e integrazione in sistemi intelligenti. A chi si rivolge L'iniziativa si rivolge a: - imprese di qualsiasi dimensione che esercitano attività industriale, commerciale, di trasporto o ausiliare delle precedenti - imprese artigiane - imprese agro-industriali - Università, Centri di Ricerca e Organismi di Ricerca. Cosa prevede L’impresa comune KDT JU, istituita con il Regolamento (UE) n. 2021/2085 del 19 novembre 2021, è stata trasformata nella Chips JU in seguito all’entrata in vigore del Chips Act e del Regolamento (UE) 2023/1782 del 25 luglio 2023. Ha come obiettivi generali: - sostenere l'industria europea dei componenti e dei sistemi elettronici all'avanguardia tecnologica - rafforzare l'autonomia strategica dell'Unione in materia di componenti e sistemi elettronici per sostenere le esigenze future delle industrie e dell'economia
