Cos'è L’agevolazione fiscale Credito d’imposta per incubatori ed acceleratori certificati è messa a disposizione dal Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy con l’obiettivo di incentivare l’accesso al capitale da parte delle start-up innovative e promuoverne lo sviluppo, anche nelle prime fasi di vita dell’impresa. L'agevolazione sostiene gli investimenti degli incubatori ed acceleratori certificati nel capitale di rischio delle start-up innovative, tramite un credito d’imposta pari all’8% dell’investimento agevolabile. L’investimento massimo agevolabile per ciascun incubatore o acceleratore certificato è pari a 500mila euro per periodo d’imposta. L’investimento agevolabile deve essere mantenuto per almeno tre anni e può essere effettuato direttamente o per il tramite di organismi di investimento collettivo del risparmio (OICR) che investano prevalentemente in start-up innovative o di altre società che investano prevalentemente in start-up innovative.
