Le Conseil de la Métropole a approuvé un Plan Local d'Urbanisme intercommunal et Habitat (PLUi-H) par délibération du 18 décembre 2025. Cette procédure a permis la construction d'un projet urbain pour la Métropole, en élaborant un seul et même document pour les 37 communes membres. Cet exercice de planification stratégique et réglementaire à l'échelle de la Métropole a permis d'établir des principes d'aménagement communs, structurants pour le long terme. Comme tout document d'urbanisme, le PLUi-H est voué à évoluer régulièrement dans le contexte d'une Métropole très attractive et la collectivité souhaite lancer la 1ère modification de ce document. Toulouse Métropole souhaite faire appel à une équipe pluridisciplinaire expérimentée en matière d'évaluations environnementales des documents d'urbanisme et d'études d'incidences sur les zones Natura 2000 pour actualiser l'évaluation environnementale du PLUi-H dans le cadre de cette 1ère modification
