Die Friedrich-Schiller-Universitat Jena beabsichtigt fiir Ihre wissenschaftliche Tatigkeit den Kauf einer (1) kompakten, durchstimmbaren Infrarot Lichtquelle fiir einen Inspektionsmessplatz, welches die folgenden technischen Leistungsparameter erfiillen muss. Die Lichtquelle dient zur spektralen Charakterisierung optischer Komponenten und Bauelemente (z.B. photonisch integrierte Schaltungen, Beugungsgitter) im mittleren Infrarot MWIR, um etwa 10um Wellenlange. Weiteres siehe Anlage 2.
