Thüringen strebt an, zu einer bundesweit sichtbaren AVF-Modellregion zu werden und die da-für gemäß Verkehrsministerkonferenz vom März 2026 vorgesehenen Kriterien zu erfüllen. Vor diesem Hintergrund werden Initialregionen für die Integration automatisierter und vernetzter Fahrzeuge in Regelverkehre mit Blick auf Anwendungen in ÖPNV, Logistik, Touristik und kom-munalen Aufgaben mit verkehrlichem Mehrwert identifiziert.
