Deze opdracht betreft de juridisch-technische ondersteuning bij het opstellen en in procedure brengen van het eerste thematische wijzigingsbesluit voor het omgevingsplan van gemeente De Ronde Venen conform het PvA. Daarnaast maakt het opstellen van een Nota omgevingskwaliteit, een handboek wijzigen omgevingsplan, annotatiestrategie en een logboek ook onderdeel uit van deze opdracht.
