2.1 Généralités Le marché est divisé en deux lots. Les candidats peuvent introduire une demande de participation pour le Lot 1, le Lot 2 ou pour les deux lots. La sélection est appréciée séparément par lot sur la base des critères de sélection applicables au lot concerné. 2.1.1 Lot 1 – Connectivité pour les grands bureaux CM-MC Le Lot 1 comprend la fourniture, la livraison, l’implémentation, la gestion et le support d’une connectivité Internet redondante pour environ vingt grands bureaux CM-MC. La solution doit viser une haute disponibilité, de bonnes performances, une bonne capacité de gestion et la continuité opérationnelle. Chaque site doit au minimum disposer de : • une connexion physique primaire, par exemple via fibre optique, DSL, coaxial ou une technologie d’accès physique équivalente ; • une connexion de secours sans fil, au minimum basé sur la 4G/5G ou une technologie équivalente, avec basculement automatique en cas de défaillance de la connexion primaire ; • une connexion se
