Med det här erbjudandet finansierar vi hypotesprövningar eller förstudier för att testa banbrytande idéer. Studien ska vara kopplad till utvecklingen av en teknologi, metodik, eller strategi som kan radikalt påverka den industriella utvecklingen. Vinnova vill därmed hjälpa forskare att testa idéer som kan få stor betydelse för svensk industriell utveckling på sikt, men där tidshorisonten och risknivån är sådan att det är svårt att hitta annan finansiering.
