För deltagande i internationella samverkansprojekt med inriktning på elektroniska komponenter och system. Svenska företag av olika storlekar som uppfyller Vinnovas krav, samt universitet och forskningsinstitut. Vinnova kräver deltagande från svenska företag motsvarande minst 50 procent av den svenska projektbudgeten. Det svenska konsortiet kan söka max 2 500 000 EUR i stöd från Vinnova för ett projekt. EU-kommissionen stödjer projekten med motsvarande belopp
